Details

An overview of the Empty Homes programme, which sets aside £100 million capital funding from within the 2011 to 2015 Affordable Homes Programme. These documents give registered providers and smaller not-for-profit community and voluntary groups information on:

  • funding requirements
  • the assessment criteria
  • how to bid
  • terms and conditions

This funding has been set aside to tackle long-term empty properties which would not come back into use without additional financial intervention. The majority of funding is available over the period 2012 to 2015.
