Details

The EU Electronic Communications Framework, which establishes the rules which govern the European telecommunications sector, is subject to a five-yearly review of its fitness for purpose, including negotiation of updates and revision, as necessary.

The UK will play a key role in this negotiation process, demonstrating leadership across Europe in this crucial sector. The documents above show the UK’s initial priorities for this process and the efforts the UK has undertaken to ensure we have the support of like-minded Member States across Europe.
