A tremendous amount of good work has been done in public bodies, which has resulted in significant cost reductions and improvements in service delivery. Some of this good work is captured in this report.

We are grateful to all those who submitted examples of their best practice initiatives, which we publish here so that more public bodies, and indeed other parts of the public sector, can learn about new ways to improve the efficiency of their operations.
