This guidance includes:

  • information about Ebola virus disease (EVD)
  • actions to take if there’s a suspected case of Ebola
  • actions to take following exposure to potentially infectious bodily fluids

The guidance aims to eliminate or minimise the risk of transmission to healthcare workers and others coming into contact with an infected patient.
