Details

The revised direction recognises the decision of the Secretary of State to appoint Paul Moffat as Children’s Services Commissioner for Slough Borough Council. This direction follows the revoked sixth direction issued to Slough Borough Council.

The statutory direction for SEND requires the council to take steps to improve its SEND services, including co-operating with the Children’s Services Commissioner, Paul Moffat. This direction follows the joint Ofsted and Care Quality Commission local area SEND report.
