Course aim
To train experienced Human Factors (HF) Facilitators in the process of HF facilitator assessment and support and to increase HF knowledge to Level 4 of the HF competence framework, who, on completion will undertake the role of unit HF Supervisor.
Target audience
This course is aimed at experienced and confident HF facilitators who wish to maintain standards of HF training within Defence, through the accurate assessment and feedback of others.
