Course aim
To increase an individual’s Human Factors (HF) knowledge and enable them to achieve Level 3 of the HF Competency Framework (HFCF) and enable personnel to competently deliver facilitated HF sessions. All applicants must have received HF and Error Management (EM) training and be experienced workplace HF practitioners prior to attendance.
Target audience
This course is aimed at those people required to deliver HF and EM training.
