  1. Removed the 'Start now' button.

  3. The form has been amended as a result of a changes to the addresses that citizen and business customers send their applications to HM Land Registry.

  4. We have added to the explanatory information to make it clearer that this form is only to be used where there are surviving registered proprietor(s).
