1.1 2 August 2016 Section 2 Removed references to collection of data by former PCT as the COVER programme will no longer be accepting PCT submissions from April 2016.
  2 August 2016 Section 6 Added definitions for calculating 12 month and 24 month vaccine coverage for the new meningococcal group B (MenB) immunisation programme, introduced in the UK in September 2015 routinely for all babies born on or after 1 July 2015. Reference to the removal of infant MenC dose from the routine schedule in July 2015. 12 month MenC coverage for children born from 1 April 2016 will not be evaluated by the COVER programme.
