Before you start

This form is interactive (one that you complete on screen) and you must use Adobe Reader to complete it. Downloading Adobe Reader is free and versions are available for all computers and mobile devices. Search on your internet browser for Adobe Reader or download from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Before you submit this form

Contact the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) to explain why you think your band is wrong. You must be able to provide evidence. The VOA may be able to review and change your band without you needing to challenge it.

You must be able to prove that you are the owner or occupier, or have permission to represent them.

Please note: if you are looking to add a property to the Council Tax valuation list, you will need to contact your local council and ask them to raise a report for us to be able to assign a Council Tax band to the property.
