Details
This form confirms that the LLP details are up to date on the public Companies House register. It costs £62 to file your confirmation statement on paper.
You can only file this form if your LLP’s confirmation date (made up date) is on or after 5 March 2024.
If your LLP’s confirmation date is 4 March 2024 or earlier, you’ll need to use the previous version of form LL CS01.
Registered email address
You must use part 1 to provide a registered email address if you have not already provided one.
There’s a different process if you need to change your registered email address.
Restoring an LLP
If you’re restoring an LLP to the register, you must put the statement date that was due before it was struck off. If you’re not sure of the correct date, contact Companies House before completing your confirmation statement.
