Use this form if your confirmation date is 5 March 2024 or later, to confirm that the LLP's details are up to date.

You can only file this form if your LLP’s confirmation date (made up date) is between 30 June 2016 and 4 March 2024.
If your LLP’s confirmation date is 4 March 2024 or earlier, you’ll need to use the previous version of form LL CS01.
The confirmation statement confirms that the LLP details are up to date on the public Companies House register. It costs £40 to file a paper form.
Registered email address
You must use part 1 to provide a registered email address for any LLP incorporated before 4 March 2024.
Restoring an LLP
If you’re restoring an LLP to the register, you must put the statement date that was due before it was struck off. If you’re not sure of the correct date, contact Companies House before completing your confirmation statement.
