This form confirms that your LLP’s details are up to date on the Companies House register.

It costs £62 to file your confirmation statement on paper.

You can only file this form if your confirmation date (made up date) is between 30 June 2016 and 4 March 2024.

If your confirmation date is 5 March 2024 or later, you’ll need to use the new version of form LL CS01c.

Restoring an LLP

If you’re restoring an LLP to the register, you must put the statement date that was due before it was struck off. If you’re not sure of the correct date, contact Companies House before completing your confirmation statement.
