This concept model shows various government concepts and the relationships between them. It can be applied to any part of the public sector.

The former ICT Strategy ran from March 2011 for 24 months. Current guidance is now contained in the Service Design Manual, particularly the Resources for Chief Technology Officers.

This conceptual model represents concepts, or entities, and relationships between them. It relates to the Government ICT strategy.

The model aims to to clarify the meaning of various, usually ambiguous terms, to help avoid problems with different interpretations amongst stakeholders. The concepts shown in this model can be applied to any part of the public sector and will not be affected by future government reorganisations.
