Climate change umbrella agreement for the data centre sector

  1. 23 May 2022

     BEIS have amended the terms and conditions in the umbrella agreement to allow the administrator to add facilities to an agreement until 30 June 2022.

  2. 4 January 2022

     The terms and conditions and the sector commitment in the umbrella agreement were amended by BEIS to include a fifth target period.

  3. 31 August 2018

     Changes to the buy-out fee for the third and fourth target periods set out in the umbrella agreement.
