This is a legal document (the umbrella agreement) for the standalone data centre sector association (DATC). It outlines their obligations within the scheme CCA.

  1. BEIS have amended the terms and conditions in the umbrella agreement to allow the administrator to add facilities to an agreement until 30 June 2022.

  2. The terms and conditions and the sector commitment in the umbrella agreement were amended by BEIS to include a fifth target period.

  3. Changes to the buy-out fee for the third and fourth target periods set out in the umbrella agreement.
