Civil service pay guidance 2013-14

This guidance provides a framework within which all civil service departments will set pay for 2013-14 and take forward pay strategies and pay reporting.



This guidance covers pay setting arrangements for civil servants throughout the civil service, including ministerial and non-ministerial departments, executive agencies and for public sector employees in non-departmental public bodies. It provides a framework for all civil service departments to plan annual pay awards to their staff and prepare their pay remits for 2013-14.
