  1. We have amended side notes in the form to make it clear that an assent does not need to be a deed.

  2. A side note to panel 8 has been amended to replace a reference to "electronic address" with "email address" for clarity.

  3. We have amended the side note to panel 11. The certificate to be given must confirm that the grant of probate, letters of administration or court order was granted in the United Kingdom.

  4. We have added a side note to the execution panel in the form to point customers to our practice guide 8: execution of deeds.

  5. We added a guidance note about our personal information charter, which explains how we process customer data.

  6. We have added side notes to panels 3 and 12 to clarify that the assent must be dated. That date being the day of completion.
