Details

These forms are for practitioners and employers who want to apply for a licence to administer radioactive substances to people in diagnosis, therapy or research. There is a fee for employer applications.

Details of the fees and further advice on making an application are available in the application form guidance and in the ARSAC notes for guidance’.

The COVID-19 temporary employer licence application form should be used only where existing NHS services involving the administration of radioactive substances are being temporarily transferred to alternative sites because of the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic.

If you are a research sponsor, please read our information on how to apply for ARSAC approval for a research study.
