If you intend to use land in England temporarily to keep livestock, you should apply for a Temporary Land Association (TLA) or a Temporary County Parish Holding (tCPH) number.
You should read the guidance notes and the rules in the Appendix before filling in the form.
This new system is part of the changes that will be happening from 2016 and 2017 to simplify the reporting and recording of animal movements.
