Use this form if you already have indefinite leave to remain in the UK in your passport and you now wish to transfer it to a biometric residence permit.

You should also read the NTL guidance notes before you apply.

If you are a refugee or have been granted humanitarian protection, and your immigration status document has been lost, stolen, damaged, expired; or you want to replace your immigration status document with a biometric residence permit you should fill in ‘Application for a replacement biometric residence permit: BRP(RC)’
