Complete part B3 if you want to apply for a new bespoke permit for an installation (not intensive farming). If you are applying for an intensive farming permit do not use part B3, but complete part B3.5 instead.

You will also need to complete:

If your installation activity includes a point source emission to water or sewer, in addition to the above, you will also need to complete part B6: bespoke water discharge or groundwater activity, or point source emission to water from an installation.
