You will need to fill in this part of the form B6 together with parts A, B2 and F2, if you are applying for a new bespoke permit for a water discharge activity or a point source discharge groundwater activity.

Changes to EPR guidance

The Environment Agency is currently updating EPR guidance to meet Smarter guidance and Government digital service requirements.
