Fill in part B6 if you wish to apply for a new bespoke permit for a:

  • water discharge activity
  • point source discharge groundwater activity
  • point source emission to water or sewer from an installation

You must also fill in part:

If you are applying for new bespoke installation, in addition to the above, you also need to fill in part B3 new bespoke installation.

You will need to use an Adobe Acrobat Reader product to complete the forms.

This is one part of the Environmental Permitting Regulations permit application form pack.

Applications we receive from 7 March 2022 must be on this updated version of the part B6 form. We will return any that are not.

  1. Additional guidance for discharging effluents from an installation and for discharges made to roadside drains or ditches. Additional guidance relating to event duration monitoring point(s), whether watercourses receiving a discharge are dry for part of the year, and effluents that are not likely to contain specific substances.
