Details

The Homes and Communities Agency are inviting applications from all eligible bidders including, existing guarantees programme providers, or bids on behalf of, community-led organisations that are able to deliver value for money schemes. We also welcome bids from groups who wish to deliver self-build affordable housing.

Bidding will remain open on a continuous basis until the remaining funding is allocated. There is a cut off start on site date of March 2015, and completion by March 2017.
