We have also included new annexes to help you understand how each element of funding is claimed and recorded under each of the funding models.

  6. We have updated the Adult skills fund: funding rates and formula 2024 to 2025 guidance document. This version includes details of the work placement learning aims to be used for learners starting their work placement on or after 1 August 2024. These are shown in table 2 at paragraph 72.

These documents set out the principles and features of our funding system for Department for Education (DfE) or Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) funded adult skills fund (ASF).

The rules apply to all providers of education and training that receive DfE or DWP ASF from the relevant Secretary of State acting through the DfE.
