Mynediad at Waith yn wasanaeth anabledd arbenigol gan y Ganolfan Byd Gwaith sy’n rhoi cyngor a chymorth ymarferol i bobl anabl, p’un a ydynt yn gweithio, yn hunangyflogedig neu’n chwilio am waith.

Darperir Mynediad at Waith lle mae angen cymorth neu addasiadau ar rywun y tu hwnt i’r addasiadau rhesymol y mae’n rhaid i gyflogwr eu darparu o dan y Ddeddf Cydraddoldeb.

  1. Textphone details removed - Relay UK can be used instead.

  2. Removed 'BSL video of the Access to Work guide for employers' as this content is now out of date.

  3. Clarified that Access to Work will not pay for reasonable adjustments that employers must legally make.

  4. Added new Access to Work grant cap of £69,260 effective from 8 April 2024.

  5. Removed the 'Access to Work during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak' section. Updated the overview section to include flexible working arrangements.

  6. The access to work grant cap has increased for the year 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023. It has increased from £65,180 to £66,000.

  7. Added the maximum annual award limit for 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023 - this is £65,180.

  8. Update to the eligibility section as civil servants should now contact their employer, who will provide support instead of Access to Work.
