About us
We deal with claims brought under Article 101 and Article 102 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and the Competition Act 1988.
This includes cases which prevent, restrict or distort competition. It also includes cases dealing with:
- the imposition of unfair prices
- unfair trading arrangements
- breaches of competition rules
Who we are
We are a specialist court within the Business and Property Courts of the High Court of Justice.
We are based at the Rolls Building in London.
