12. Interim Applications List (Chancery Division)
Parties should contact the clerk to the Interim Judge, Mr Justice Edwin Johnson, at Lewis.hill@justice.gov.uk as early as possible.
An application should not be listed before the Interim Applications Judge unless the overall time required to deal with the application is 2 hours or less. The 2 hour maximum includes the judge’s pre-reading time, the hearing of the application, delivery of judgment and time for dealing with costs. If the judge considers that the estimate will exceed the 2 hour limit it may be stood out of the interim applications list.

17. Technology and Construction Court (Queen’s Bench Division)
17.1 Remote hearings before a High Court Judge
The hearing will be available to representatives of the media, on their request, and therefore will be a hearing conducted in public in accordance with CPR PD51Y. It will be organised and conducted using Microsoft Teams. Any media representative (or any other member of the public) wishing to witness the hearing will need to do so over the internet and provide an email address at which to be sent an appropriate link for access. Please contact tcc.listing@justice.gov.uk.
17.2 Hybrid hearings
This is a public hearing which will be taking place in court, with witness evidence being heard by video link. The hearing will also be available to members of the media and the public in England and Wales who wish to witness the hearing over the internet. Those seeking access should provide an email address at which to be sent an appropriate link for access. Please contact tcc.listing@justice.gov.uk.

Judgments will be handed down by the judge remotely by circulation to the parties’ representatives by email and release to National Archives. The date and time for hand-down will be deemed to be the date and time published in the cause list.
