1.1 Remote hearings before a High Court Judge
The hearing will be available to representatives of the media, on their request, and therefore will be a hearing conducted in public in accordance with CPR PD51Y. If you wish to receive free advice and/or representation in court on a Wednesday, the Company Insolvency Pro Bono Scheme provides free legal help for litigants who do not have legal representation.
