HMCTS hearing lists
Hearing lists published for courts and tribunals.
HMCTS publishes courts and tribunals lists and forthcoming hearings in different ways across jurisdictions:
- Crown Court, magistrates’ court, County Court and Employment Tribunal hearing lists are published on Courtserve
- Crown Court lists are also published on Xhibit
- magistrates’ court hearing lists are published on Courtserve
You can use the court and tribunal hearings service to see court listing information for:
- Hearings in Civil and Family Courts in England and Wales
- Hearings in First Tier and Upper Tribunals (excluding Employment Tribunals)
- Hearings in the Royal Courts of Justice and the Rolls Building
- Single Justice Procedure cases, including TV licensing and minor traffic offences such as speeding
If a hearing list for a specific court or tribunal is not published, you can contact them directly to confirm if one is available.
Lists are free to access for members of the public, though you may need to register for some.
Some lists are published daily and weekly on GOV.UK. All of these are listed below.
Court and tribunal buildings also display hearing lists in public waiting areas.
