Hearing lists published for courts and tribunals.
HMCTS publishes courts and tribunals lists and forthcoming hearings in different ways across jurisdictions:
- Crown Court, magistrates’ court, County Court and Employment Tribunal hearing lists are published on Courtserve
- Crown Courts lists are also published on Xhibit
- magistrates’ court hearing lists are published on Courtserve
If a hearing list for a specific court is not published, you should contact the court direct to confirm if one is available.
Lists are free to access for members of the public, though you may need to register for some.
Some lists are published daily and weekly on GOV.UK. All of these are listed below.
