The Judicial Appointments and Conduct Ombudsman’s office will not be staffed during the current COVID-19 crisis. The best way to contact the office during this period is by email as we unable to answer telephone calls to the office until further notice and there is a delay in processing complaints and other correspondence through the post.
We are sorry that the closure will impact on the time taken to consider cases and respond to correspondence. We hope that the office will be able to re-open as soon as possible.
If you need to speak to a member of the team urgently, please request a call back by emailing headofofffice@judicialombudsman.gov.uk with your contact number and a brief explanation of your query. A member of the team will contact you as soon as possible. Please note that we cannot help you with a Court or Tribunal case, case, investigate a judicial office holder or say whether their actions amount to misconduct.
We will process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
