Speaking about the terrorist attack in Jerusalem the Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond said:

I offer my condolences for Wednesday’s terrorist incident in the Ammunition Hill area of Jerusalem, when a car was driven into passengers waiting for a tram, killing a baby and hospitalising seven innocent bystanders. I condemn this senseless attack. I am concerned about the recent fatalities and rising tensions in the West Bank and Jerusalem.
