Driving licence digital services web chat

DVLA will be hosting its first web chat with customers on 9 October 2013 at 2pm.

The web chat will give customers the opportunity to ask DVLA digital services team questions directly.

DVLA staff will be able to:

• answer your questions
• give advice on applying for your driver’s licence online

You can apply directly for a number of driving licence applications online via DVLA’s official transactional services on GOV.UK including:

• first provisional application
• change of address or change of name
• replace a lost, stolen or damaged licence
• photo card licence 10 year renewal
• renew your licence at 70
• paper licence to photo card licence
