Civil news: changes to means and merits amendments in CCMS

We are making changes in response to provider feedback to help save you time.


Changes have been made to the way providers submit an amendment to means and merits assessments in the Client and Cost Management System (CCMS).

Why are you making these changes?

The changes have been made in response to feedback from providers and should help you to save time.

What are the changes about?

CCMS will now allow you to:

  • delete a means or merits assessment and start again while working in an ‘amendment’

  • abandon an ‘amendment’ completely without contacting customer services
