Consultation description

The Children and Young People’s Mental Health and Wellbeing Taskforce is seeking suggestions from professionals who work with children and young people directly or indirectly, about how mental health services could be improved for children and young people.

The consultation looks at:

  • data and standards
  • access and prevention
  • a co-ordinated system
  • vulnerable groups and inequalities

We particularly want practical solutions and steps that may not have occurred to our Taskforce members, and ideas can be short, medium, or long term. Please note that not all the survey questions need to be answered.

The responses we receive will inform the Taskforce’s recommendations, which will be published and presented to ministers in the spring.
