Consultation description

This consultation seeks views on introducing an ‘ability to charge’ to streamline the landowner permissions for tenants and leaseholders installing an electric vehicle (EV) charge point.

We have also launched a consultation that seeks views on changes to building regulations that could increase EV charging provision in new buildings and those undergoing major renovations.
