  1. Tree health pilot scheme guidance updated with link to 'Tree health pilot scheme: rules for lead facilitators and group applicants'. It's split into two guides to clearly show changes to the lead facilitator role. Removed previous versions of the terms and conditions and added a link to the National Archives where they can be accessed.
