Talent Action Plan
Documents and guidance on the Civil Service Talent Action Plan, including independent reports and survey results.
The Talent Action Plan was published in September 2014, and sets out ways the Civil Service should ensure the best people progress regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexuality or disability.
The plan commissioned independent reports looking at the experiences of minority groups in the Civil Service, and to make recommendations about removing the barriers to career progression for these groups.
