COVID-19: delays to records requests
Due to the continuing effect of measures implemented to prevent the spread of COVID-19, whilst we will process your request as quickly as possible, where priorities and resources allow, there remains the likelihood that some delays may occur.
British Army records
If your request relates to an army record of service, due to the volume of requests received there is currently a significant backlog of at least 12 months, however, we are working hard to reduce this as quickly as possible.
