Meningococcal B (MenB) time limited vaccination offer
Documents relating to the time-limited MenB vaccination offer for Year 13 age group for 2025/2026 and eligible higher and further education entrants under 25 years for 2026/2027.
From 20 July 2026 MenB vaccination should be offered to all eligible cohorts as set out in the the Meningococcal B (MenB) time limited vaccination offer letter.
This is a time-limited offer with first doses offered until 31 December 2026 and second doses offered until 31 March 2027.

Confirming eligibility for Higher Education or residential Further Education (HERFE)
Please take acceptable evidence to your vaccination appointment confirming that you are due to attend Higher Education or residential Further Education for the first time in the academic year 2026 to 2027, as follows, either :

an official email confirmation of their offer of a place at their chosen university or college from either the HE institution (usually a @ac.uk email address) or the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS)

a letter (hard copy or email) confirming they have received an offer of a place for the 2026 to 2027 academic year at their chosen university or college

or a screenshot of their offer of a place at their chosen university or college from the UCAS Hub.
The relevant evidence should include the name of the university or college that they are due to attend, the course code and/or title of the course of study, and confirmation of the offer of a place (either conditional or unconditional).
Eligible military personnel attending military further education settings (known as ‘basic training’) which are included in the programme should have evidence in the form of a hard copy or email official joining letter, or similar correspondence from the Armed Forces Careers Office. Some recruits may have a temporary or permanent Ministry of Defence (MOD) ID card.
