Proposed changes to Entertainment Licensing statistics
Following a public consultation on the future of Entertainment Licensing statistics, the responses received suggested that there is relatively low interest in the use of these statistics. DCMS will therefore cease to publish the Entertainment Licensing statistics with immediate effect. You can access a summary of the responses to the consultation here
About
This series of statistics covers the licensing of regulated entertainment in England and Wales and is produced by the Department of Digital, Culture, Media and Sport.
Alcohol, entertainment and late night refreshment licensing statistics were formerly produced by DCMS. Entertainment Licensing statistics, a subset of the previous series of statistics, continue to be produced by DCMS, while the Alcohol and Late Night Refreshment Licensing statistics are produced by the Home Office.
