  • details of the pension scheme your query is about
  • your ID if you are a scheme administrator or practitioner

  • lump sum and death benefit allowance
  • relief at source for pension schemes
  • compensation and tax changes due to the public service pensions remedy
  • pension scheme administration, including scheme reporting
  • enrolment recovery for administrator or practitioner IDs
  • enrolling and migrating to the Managing Pension Schemes service
  • tax returns for trustees of registered pension schemes (SA970)
  • certificate of residence for registered pension schemes and certifications of tax reclaim forms
