First-tier Tribunal (General Regulatory Chamber)

Please be aware that since Thursday 26 December the letting and managing agents jurisdiction now sits under then First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).

We’re responsible for handling appeals against decisions made by government regulatory bodies in cases relating to:

• community right to bid
• environment
• electronic communications, postal services, and network and information systems
• estate agents
• exam boards
• food safety
• gambling
• immigration services
• information rights
• pensions regulation
• professional regulation including secondary ticketing, consultant lobbyists and copyright licensing
• transport, including driving instructors
• welfare of animals including microchipping dogs

We are one of 7 chambers of the First-tier Tribunal which settles legal disputes and is structured around particular areas of law.
