How to claim a tax refund on UK income if you live abroad

You can claim back tax and personal allowances on any UK income you get if you live abroad.

To claim, complete form R43.

You can claim for the current and previous 4 tax years.

If you send a Self Assessment tax return you do not need to complete an R43 form.
