Send an INtouch message
You can use the free INtouch service to upload letters, photos and documents which are then securely printed and sent.
The e-bluey service ended on 1 April 2017.
INtouch messages can be sent to or from:
- serving armed forces personnel and their families
- an employee of the Ministry of Defence (MOD), or another official organisation, who’s entitled to use BFPO
To use the service, register for an INtouch account. You’ll get your account details within 48 hours, with instructions of how to send a message.
You can also read MOD guidance on using INtouch.
You can send letters using the enduring families free mail service (EFFMS).
