Student finance - application form
You should apply online for:
- a Tuition Fee Loan to help pay your course tuition fees
- a Maintenance Loan to help with your living costs
Being eligible for both loans is known as qualifying for ‘full support’.
If you cannot apply online, use form PN1.

The deadline is 9 months after the first day of the course’s academic year. Academic years begin on 1 September, 1 January, 1 April and 1 July. Ask someone who runs your course if you do not know which one applies.
