You need:

  • a debit or credit card
  • your account number - this is 8 numbers followed by a letter (you can find this on any letter you get from the court)

You can’t use this service if any of the following apply:

  • your order was registered in Scotland or Northern Ireland
  • you’ve been ordered by the court to pay the other party directly
  • your case is being handled by the Child Maintenance Service or Child Support Agency (CSA)

You can use this service to pay a maintenance order that was registered by a court in England or Wales, even if you live in another country.

This service is also available in Welsh (Cymraeg).
