SW08220 - Help and Support for HMRC Members: Fault Reporting

Where a fault while using the Shared Workspace service is identified it is very important members take prompt and effective action to minimise any disruption to the service.

  • Check My Services for any urgent messages relating to the identified fault
  • Check the Shared Workspace Intranet site to see if the fault is already known, and for details of any solution or temporary workaround to follow.

If this does not resolve your issue and you have considered the help mentioned in SW08210 please report the matter to a room BAO.
