Help and Support for Customer Members: Planned Downtime
The service is normally available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
There will be occasions however when the service is not available because we:
- are enhancing the service
- have planned downtime to ensure the resilience of our service
- are fixing a problem that has occurred
Unless unavoidable, no service downtime will be scheduled on a weekday during the hours of 08:00 to 18:00.
Where the service is withdrawn at short notice we regret it may not be possible to immediately publish a message on our internet sites.
