Registration and Enrolment: Reissue of Known Facts Letters

If a Customer Member does not receive or loses their known facts letters SW05240 before accessing the Shared Workspace service for the firsttime the known facts will need to be reissued.

This has to be done by the Customer Nominated Contact (CNC), who will need to add themembers to the Room again SW05410. To do this, the CNC needs toselect the ‘re-issue known facts’ button, which is accessed as an option afterthey select the ‘add member’ button in the Room’s homepage.


  1. The BAO does not have to approve this type of request.

  2. If a CNC tries to re-issue known facts to a member who has not already been issued known facts the service will reject the request.
