Information about support for Public Service Mutuals that want to work in partnership with other organisations to grow and develop.
The way public services are being commissioned is changing rapidly across England. One of the characteristics facing many Mutuals is that contracts are becoming wider in scope geographically, and requiring a more integrated, multi-discipline approach to service delivery.
Mutuals are often small, specialist organisations, and may not be able to compete effectively for these types of contracts. Through this programme, the government wants to understand if, and how, Mutuals can partner with other organisations to deliver these types of contracts.
This pilot programme seeks to better understand and test the appetite, opportunities and barriers to Mutuals that want to collaborate with other organisations across the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector, and beyond.
If you’re currently operating as a Public Service Mutual and think that you might be able to benefit from partnering with other organisations to compete more effectively, get in touch with the Mutuals Team at email@example.com to find out more.
