07 Waste codes
07 wastes are from organic chemical processes. Your permit lists the 07 waste codes you can use. You must follow the guidance given in the Before you start section.
07 07 Wastes from the manufacture, formulation, supply and use of fine chemicals and chemical products not otherwise specified.
07 07 12 Sludges from on-site biological effluent treatment plant at chemical manufacturing sites other than those mentioned in 07 07 11* only
You can use this waste if you hold SR2010 No 4 – see table 2.2B.
You must not use 07 07 11* Sludges from on-site effluent treatment containing hazardous substances.
